CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Morgan is the Chief Financial Officer of Coretrust, and sits on the Executive Committee. He oversees all accounting, reporting, tax, financial planning, treasury management, risk management and governance.
He was responsible for TPGI’s successful investor reporting relationship with the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, the nation’s second largest public pension fund, while also serving other institutional partners such as Lehman Brothers, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Madison International Realty.
While at TPGI, he led a team of 30 professionals including the corporate controller and the heads of tax, information technology, human resources and risk management. He was also a member of the Executive Committee, focused on developing and executing the company’s strategic plan.
Prior to joining TPGI, Mr. Morgan practiced for 10 years as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen in their real estate services group, where as a senior manager he helped both public companies and private ventures achieve their goals.
Mr. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
