RANDALL L. SCOTT

As Executive Vice President and Director of the former TPGI, Mr. Scott directed all real estate operations nationally from the company’s founding in 1996 through its years as a public company.
Mr. Scott was involved in the development of One Commerce Square in Philadelphia and The Gas Company Tower in Los Angeles. He led the team that developed the headquarters of the California EPA in Sacramento, the first LEED Platinum high rise building in the US.
Mr. Scott led TPGI’s portfolio sustainability initiative that resulted in 12 MSF of space becoming LEED certified and earned the company its third consecutive NAREIT Leader in the Light award in 2013.
From 1991 until late 1996, Mr. Scott was Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Maguire Thomas Partners.
