ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Mr. Scott is a founding and managing principal of Coretrust, and sits on the Management and Investment Committees. He is responsible for all real estate operations nationally including leasing, property management, and asset management. He has executed nearly 9 million SF of leases representing approximately than $3 billion of lease value.
Prior to co-founding Coretrust, Mr. Scott was an Executive Vice President and Director of the former TPGI. In these roles, he directed all real estate operations nationally from the company’s founding in 1996 through its years as a public company.
Mr. Scott led TPGI’s portfolio sustainability initiative that resulted in 10.5 MSF of space becoming LEED certified and earned the company its third consecutive NAREIT Leader in the Light award in 2013.
From 1991 until late 1996, Mr. Scott was Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Maguire Thomas Partners.
Mr. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis.
