ASSISTANT CONTROLLER OF OPERATIONS
As Assistant Controller of Operations for Coretrust, Ms. Arceo focuses on accounting and financial reporting for each of the properties in Coretrust Value Fund I.
Prior to joining Coretrust, Ms. Arceo served as both a Senior Fund Accountant and Accounting Manager at CBRE, Inc. for 15 years. In these roles, she was responsible for financial reporting, REIT compliance, annual audits, SOX compliance, debt compliance, due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions, and investor reporting related to U.S. and foreign investment funds.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Ms. Arceo worked as a Senior Property Accountant for Commonwealth Partners LLC, a privately-owned real estate investment, development, and management company.
Ms. Arceo is a Certified Public Accountant (active). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Hawaii – Manoa.
