ACCOUNTING MANAGER
As Accounting Manager for Coretrust, Ms. Sanchez focuses on accounting and financial reporting for each of the properties in Coretrust Value Fund I supporting the Assistant Controller.
Prior to joining Coretrust, Ms. Sanchez served as a Property Management Accountant at Hines GS, Inc. for 10 years. In this role, she was responsible for compiling monthly financial reports, monitoring accounts receivable and following up on delinquencies, ensuring vendors were paid timely, reviewing leases, preparing rent invoices, CAM true-ups, preparation of the annual budget, and accounting for capital projects for a class A office property with over 900,000 square feet.
Ms. Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
